So I already commented on the adorableness of the story, now I have a question. Does asexual Happyverse!Stephen prefer to be present when Jon is having sex with other people because he wants to see him enjoy himself, or does he prefer to be elsewhere and not be involved at all?

The way I see it, it's kind of like Jon's interest in baseball. Happy!Stephen doesn't follow the sport, and just watching Jon cheer isn't enough entertainment to make him want to go to games all the time. But he'll sit through a game once in a while, and try to follow what's going on. Although if it lasts too long he may get distracted by looking at pretty pictures on his iPhone.

It's also similar to the bemused detachment Jon feels when he accompanies Stephen to the Build-A-Bear Workshop. Not really his thing, but, eh, it's cute, and Stephen adores it, so he may as well tag along once in a while.

LOL, okay, completely awesome. happy!Stephen calling because he needs someone to nerd it up with = simply amazing.

I have to say, I really like the idea of Jon and happy!Stephen being together, and their relationship being open like this.

Because those unmet needs aren't just sexual!

The more I think about these two, the more I love them. Especially since I think this is the only 'verse in which, between the two of them, Stephen is the emotionally stable one.

So there's liberal!verse, conservative!verse, happy!verse, femme!verse (with its own subset of C! And L!verses), I remember you've got MtF! And FtM!Stephens around. Are they all in the ICEP or is it just these two? :3

Also is it that Jon's very depressed in happy!verse, or does his pessimism look even worse compared to STEPHEN :DDDD?

Oh, man, that's just the tip of the iceberg. All those traits come in every possible combination - liberal!trans!male!Stephen, happy!cis!female!Stephen, and so on. And multiple times, each with little variations in personality and history. There's a reason I drew these two visitors with distinctive hairstyles - they are not the l!Stephen and c!Stephen from Needs Met, but a completely different set who also happened to get involved :D

I think Jon is used to having problems to work on (and/or yell at, and/or snark about). So with this Stephen, he's kind of left spinning his wheels and wondering what to do with himself.

What would happen in a hypothetical situation if Happy!Stephen met Happy!Stephanie (again: SOCUTEOMG)? How would Jon react to the two of them skipping around on Stephanie's pony?

Oh, geez, the INEVITABLE SPARKLEPLOSION is almost too much to contemplate.

Jon and Joan would endure for a few minutes, and then look at each other and go "...okay, we need to go get drunk and start a bar fight or something, to restore balance to the universe."

Woodland creatures would float down on a cloud of rainbows to ~~~FROLIC~~~ with them. Pixies riding bluebirds would rain sparkles on them, and they would all dance in a circle around a sugarplum tree.

...Yeah, I could see the need for alcohol xD

XDDDD happy!Stephen's message is great. And the look on the other two Stephens' faces when he mentions Comic Con. In all universes, Stephen is an incurable geek. It is slightly odd to imagine a version of Stephen that is emotionally stable, though.

Soo....in a 'verse where Stephen is happy and emotionally stable, would Jon then be all repressed and damaged? That would be interesting...

Also, love C!Stephen's fuzzy hair :D *pets it*...*pets the other Stephens too* they're all so adorable!

I have the sense that Jon's own neuroses are exacerbated in this 'verse. He's used to things being screwed-up and damaged, to loving America dearly but still shouting at the television about it every night. So with happy!Stephen, he keeps waiting for something to go horribly wrong, and then...it doesn't. And he has all this twitchiness and nowhere to put it.

It is never not a good time for fuzzyhead!Stephen :D
